New Year's Eve is the single highest-demand booking day of our year. Premium pricing applies, advance booking is required (most December bookings come in October), and every itinerary is multi-stop. Pre-NYE dinner, midnight at the right venue, fireworks, after-party, home by 3am.
Why NYE works better on a bus.
Every restaurant has prix-fixe NYE menus. Every club has a $200+ cover. Every Uber surge multiplier is on. A 28-passenger bus on NYE for a 12-couple group works out to less per person than the combined rideshare cost — and it means you're not standing on H Street at 1am hoping a car shows up. The bus is your moving venue from pre-dinner to fireworks to after-party.

The most-booked NYE route is dinner-then-club-then-fireworks-then-home. Pickup at 6pm. Dinner reservations at 7 in Georgetown, Logan Circle, or 14th Street. Drop at a venue with countdown party (the Wharf, the Eaton, Hill Country, or a private event) at 10pm. The bus stays parked nearby. Pickup at 12:45am after fireworks. Optional after-party stop. Home by 3am.

NYE bookings are quoted at premium rates. The reason: every driver works the night, every bus is in service, and bookings start at 8 hours minimum. Most NYE quotes come in 30-50% higher than a typical Saturday night. We're upfront about this on every quote, and we'd rather lose your booking on price than surprise you on the invoice.
